The Garrett GT and GTX series are all dual ball bearing, precision balanced, and oil and water-cooled. There is also the older generation T series which are mostly sleeve bearing. Its important for the ball bearing turbochargers not to receive too much oil pressure. For this reason, an Oil Restrictor with a 0.9mm bore is used.
