Here, you will find affordably priced, high quality stainless steel flap controls for your exhaust system. These are then used to regulate the loudness of the exhaust.

The operation is quite simple:

In the closed position, the exhaust gases are directed through the muffler, as soon as the flap opens a part goes through a continuous tube, making the exhaust louder. The vacuum-controlled flap is closed in the vacuum area, it then opens as soon as the vacuum decreases or goes into overpressure with turbo engines. A hose is laid from the intake manifold to the vacuum box of the flap or the flap is regulated via a remote control or switch. For this, a pulse valve is installed in the hose.
