It may be possible to register the exhaust system in accordance with §21 StVZO following successful noise and performance testing.

Description:

Our exhaust systems are from the Swedish brand Simons and are manufactured according to the ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are launched on the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. It is always fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tested, engine efficiency and back pressure measured. This guarantees a 100% fit and engine harmony. Unlike naturally aspirated engines, a turbocharged engine does not require exhaust back pressure. Vehicles with turbo drive use absorption silencers, while naturally aspirated engines employ a chamber system; both are very sound-absorbing yet still deliver a robust, sporty sound (naturally subjective). The sports exhaust systems mostly come with an EU operating permit (see description).
