Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the Simons brand and are manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released on the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This prototype is always adjusted directly to the vehicle, sound tested, engine efficiency and back pressure measured. This guarantees a 100% fit and engine harmony. Because a turbocharged engine, unlike naturally aspirated engines, does not require exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption silencers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used, both of which are very effective at reducing noise while still maintaining a sporty sound (of course, this is subjective). Most sports exhaust systems have EC type-approval (see description).
