Description:
Our exhaust systems originate from Sweden from the brand Simons and are manufactured to the ISO9001:2008 standard. Before these systems are launched, the product development department creates a prototype. This prototype is always adjusted directly on the vehicle, a sound test carried out, motor efficiency and back pressure measured. Thus, a 100% fit and motor harmony is guaranteed. Because a turbocharged engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not need exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines a chamber system is utilized, both are very noise dampening yet still have a robust, sporty sound (of course, this is subject to the observers opinion). The sport exhaust systems usually have an EC operating permit (see description).
