Description:

The Intercooler Kit is mounted between the Turbocharger and the Intake Manifold. It is compatible with the vehicles mentioned above. The purpose of an Intercooler is to cool down air heated by the Turbocharger. By cooling down the compressed air, a larger mass of air enters the combustion chamber at the same volume, allowing more fuel to be burned, thus increasing power and efficiency. The lower the temperature of the charge air, the less thermal stress on the engine and turbocharger because it requires less RPM to deliver the same air mass. Fuel consumption is also reduced, and engine emissions are improved, provided that the ECU is accordingly adjusted. It is essential to ensure that the Intercooler receives as much airflow as possible. The offered LLK Kit is entirely made of aluminum with cast boxes, has 4 attachment points, and a Barn Plate network. It is capable of performance up to approx. 350HP. Ideal for motorsports and tuning. Each Intercooler is tested for up to 5 Bar before delivery.
