Here you can affordably obtain high-quality, stainless steel valve controls for your exhaust system. These are then used to regulate the exhaust sound.
The functionality is quite simple:
In the closed state, the exhaust gases are directed through the muffler, as soon as the flap is open, a part goes through a continuous tube, making the exhaust louder. The vacuum-controlled flap is closed in vacuum areas, and it opens as soon as the vacuum decreases or, in turbo engines, moves into overpressure. A hose is laid from the intake manifold to the vacuum box of the flap or the flap is regulated via remote control or switch. A pulse valve is installed in the hose for this purpose.
