- Downpipe ø 89mm for Polo 5 (6R 6C) WRC 2.0 TFSI with 200 cell HJS sport catalytic converter with E-certification (not approved in connection with the 89mm downpipes)

- V-band clamp ø 89mm

Description:

The downpipe was adapted directly to the vehicle and is made directly in Germany. The ø 89mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieves the turbo leading to more power and lower exhaust temperatures. It may be necessary to reprogram the post-catalyst sensor. The downpipe is made of stainless steel. The flange surfaces are planed. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm, as well as a V-band connection in 89mm with tongue and groove welded in. The connection pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm as original, we can also provide it in 70mm, 76mm, or 89mm. Please specify when ordering.

The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and exhaust. A HJS 200 cell sport catalytic converter is welded in. It can handle a performance up to max. 600HP, of course, other components such as Intake, Exhaust system, injectors, manifold, Intercooler Turbocharger must be installed and the software adapted accordingly.
