Description:

The R32 Turbo Kit offered here was designed and installed directly on our former Golf 4 R32. It fits plug & play in the Golf 4 R32 and Golf 4 2.8L 24v. The centerpiece is the downpipe, as well as the boost piping. We paid attention to high precision fit and optimized intake paths. Downpipe and boost piping are handmade in Germany. High-quality stainless steel is used.

We also considered the use of high-quality components from well-known brand manufacturers, e.g., for fuel injectors, the N75 valve, as well as relevant gaskets and compression reduction. Garrett turbos also pursue this approach for high durability of the kit. To achieve a motor power of up to 450 PS each, we opted for the installation of an external fuel pump solution including a catch tank. However, if you prefer to use an internal fuel pump, please contact us. Where possible, all connections and relevant gaskets are provided. The silicone hoses are high quality and come with carefully selected bends, connectors, and reducers in black color. The intercooler performed very well on dynamometer runs up to approximately 650 PS.

For the conversion, 2x 200 cell catalytic converters should be used, as the standard catalytic converter has too much back pressure. The exhaust system should also be free of back pressure and have approximately 76mm.

Compatible with:

• Plug and Play: VW Golf 4 R32, as well as V6 24v engines (3.2 and 2.8 liters)
• Golf V: A different manifold must be used to prevent the turbo from touching the bulkhead. Thus, the boost piping and downpipe will not be plug & play, and adjustments would be needed on the vehicle.
• The kit can also be used for other R32 / V6 engines / projects, but adjustments to the downpipe and boost piping are to be expected.
